HOME STAGER ~ NOW HIRING!
We are seeking a personable, organized, self-motivated professional with experience in staging and styling homes. This person is obsessed with HGTV and stays current with design trends through Instagram, Pinterest and other social media outlets. In this position you will be expected to make furniture and accessory selections from a vast inventory system that represents our brand. We are looking for someone with a great sense of design style, who is able to show creativity in working in several different styles of homes. This is not an interior design position. Home staging offers a seller the ability to best represent their home to a buyer so that they can have a quick and successful sale.
We are looking for a team player who is driven, humble and enjoys being around people. We expect someone who is punctual, detail focused, a good listener and responsible. You will take pride in representing our company in front of our clients. This position requires lifting and moving furniture on a regular basis so you must be able to lift at least 35 lbs. It also requires the ability to stand for a long period of time. This job definitely requires stamina!
Qualifications
At least one year of home staging experience
Experience with Stageforce Inventory System a plus but not required
Ability to easily design spaces
Pull and pack inventory on a regular basis
Work efficiently with staging team and individually
Have reliable transportation
Ability to work flexible hours
Maintain a clean and orderly work environment both at properties and in the warehouse
Provide a professional appearance
Punctuality is a must
Ability to lift at least 35lbs and stand for long periods of time

WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS ASSISTANT ~ Now HIRING!
We are seeking a personable, organized, self-motivated professional operations assistant. In this position you will be expected to handle the daily operations of the warehouse including pulling and restocking inventory as well as field operations such as installing and removing staging items and making deliveries.
We are looking for a team player who is driven, humble and enjoys being around people. We expect someone who is punctual, detail focused, a good listener and responsible. This position requires lifting and moving furniture on a regular basis so you must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
The perfect candidate will care about providing quality work in a fast-paced yet fun environment.
Responsibilities:
Maintain inventory system on a daily basis
Pull and pack inventory for stages and design installations
Straighten and organize inventory in warehouse
Assemble and unassembled furniture as needed
Assist in the packing of the truck for stages and design installations
Receive and inspect deliveries
Assist with staging and design installations
Destage properties with moving team
Restock inventory from destages
Adhere to company safety guidelines
Drive cargo van for deliveries as needed
Qualifications:
Ability to pass a background check
Clean driving record
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work on the internet with inventory management system
Creativity in enhancing the current systems
